The Beach is a great neighbourhood that really feels like a quaint lakeside town. With a 3km boardwalk along the water, plenty of shops and restaurants along Queen Street, multiple parks, and great schools, there are a lot of reasons to love the beach.
Where: Running alongside Toronto’s waterfront between Woodbine and Victoria Park, The Beach extends North to Kingston Road.

Semi-detached homes in the Beaches sell for around $800, 000, while detached homes tend to sell for close to two million dollars (if you are lucky, you might find the odd detached home for just under a million dollars).
